Uncle buck incorrectly emailing customers re overdue payday loans
Not sure what is going on at Uncle Buck.
Firstly 2 weeks ago they take my monthly payment 2 days BEFORE my payday (and the date on my contract).
Then they send me an email today saying I am overdue and will take action if I dont pay by 14 Feb - before a subsequent saying ignore the last email.
They have always been a bit 'holier than thou' in their attitude to me as a customer, it looks like they should get their house in order

If you incurred costs (such as bank charges) as a result of them taking funds earlier than the agreement stated then I would write to them with evidence and ask for a refund.
If you didn't incur costs then I would write to them to complain about taking the funds early.
I guess the email today was an error which they rectified quickly as soon as they realised it had been made. A nuisance and a bit amateur looking I'd agree, but probably not grounds for a complaint.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
