Advice Needed

There's a few things I'm needing advice on.
First, I have recently went to CSA n my ex is a taxi driver and his earnings at the time were estimated! Can I ask them to review if he has submitted his tax form.
Also he has dictated when he has the kids but now, the kids hardly see him because they have training for sports on those set days! Can I force him to renegotiate the times he has them? And for the sake of our kids make him hav them on weekends sometimes!

You can ask them to recalculate based on actual figures, I'm not sure if that can be backdated but it will certainly give a more accurate assessment from now on.
You can also ask him to renegotiate the times that he has the children but you can not force him to take them at the times you say he should have them. It may be hard for him to have them at weekends if that is his busiest time at work. It would be best for all of you if you could try to negotiate an arrangement that works well for the children.0 -
i agree taxi drivers make their most money on a weekend so it maybe a bit foolish to ask him to have the children on these days as your payments will be lower, as for forcing him to do something !!!, you cant force anyone to do anything they don't want too, would you like someone to force you to do something ? if your kids are doing sports every-night when do they get a break ?0

oh p.s. i once worked in a taxi office and drivers made between £300 to £400 a week, although it depends on areas i guess0
