I do mine myself. I was going to get them threaded, but I'm a bit worried about what they might look like after. I want natural looking but a nice shape with it.

I've got them into a shape I like now so just tidy up stray hairs now and again.
  • Threading gives a better shape than anything else, IMO. I liked the shape when I plucked them...but I LOVE the shape threading gives. Plus I'm essentially lazy and it's much less effort :)

I wish I was that lucky I could do them myself!! :)

Threading for me is the only option, before I used go to to the beauticionist and had them done with twezzers, but I could never do it myself, it's quite difficult in my case.

I thought it was more common, but reading this thread seems it's not..
  • Every 3-4 weeks threaded and tinted total cost £10.50

I am so jealous of people who can go weeks without touching their eyebrows. I have to pluck mine every night. In their natural state they meet in the middle and are about an inch thick all along. I also get hairs growing all the way down to my eyelids! Nice!

I had one hair plucked in 1982 - never again.

I have mine threaded and tinted every 6 weeks for £10. Definitely worth it. Good eyebrows really lifts the face imo.
  • I have always had mine waxed every 4-6 weeks I don't touch them in between. Last time I went for threading, whilst I was having it done I was thinking never again! so much more painful than waxing :( However I have found that the threading seems to have worked better and the regrowth has been slower so I would brave it next time but I have just purchased a x10 magnifying mirror so am hoping to be able to do my own using that. Just need to find a good pair of tweezers now.
  • I have my bang to cover my eyebrows, so I do not have them down now. But when i don't have bang, I have my eyebrows done once a week.
