Thanks dunstonh. I will put it all forward to the fos but after everything I've read from you all I really don't hold out any hope, however I have nothing to lose by putting it through.

I really do appreciate the time taken to give me the advice, it's helped me understand things from the banks perspective and why they refused repayment and actually has been clearer than their final decision letters.
