Marie Claire win that never materialises

I won a comp back in Ocotber with Marie Claire mag, but despite numerous emails to IPC i have still not received anything. What can i do ?

I've waited for 3 months from another mag - win turned up after a number of chases.

My last MC win took just over a week to arrive

If the Customer Services, or FB, route doesn't work, then I would be tempted to threaten them with the IPM. That should be enough to scare them into supplying your prize
