Filling in online forms

Hi, someone offered,so am asking

a) It says about property/assests ( step 3) you have disposed of prior to BR.Should I put the 2K down I gave to my OH months and months ago? To be honest, I can't remember exactly when it was, exactly how much it was or why (I presume I gave it to pay bills or something similar - perhaps he put my car insurance on his personal credit card or something. Without the paperwork infront of me I can't remember, and don't have the paperwork (I did have my bank statements etc but don't any more and can't get more as it's a £5 charge and I already am way over my OD with them due to costs for payments not going out etc). But I want to be as honest and as helpful as possible. If I don't put it down I imagine the OR will flag it when he talks to me, but I don't want him to think I was trying to hide it at all.

b) I know you can't be a company director as BR, but it says 'any other involvement in a company, relating to promotion, marketing etc'. I am my OH's company secretary, and am currently trying to get through to Business Debt Line, but not having much joy and they close soon, as NDL told me they didn't know and to speak to Bus Debt Line. Will I have to resign as Secretary? I don't do anything, have any access to finances etc etc at all (I just answer the phones really, talk to people (but that in itself is promoting and marketing the company strictly speaking) and that sort of stuff. I'm not involved in anything legal (apart from I signed the corporation tax forms). I declared it under 'do you have involvement' bit of the form, but all it wanted was the company name, not any details of what I am (other than a separate section if you are the director, which I am not).
Am so so so so so so worried - there isn't anyone else that can be company secretary for my OH, and he's only just formed the Ltd company, so will be even more devastating if this happens - he will loose his business!!

Sorry to panic - I don't care what happens to me anymore, but it can't affect him, it's not his fault I'm totally useless.

oh ok, cheers, thats a bit better then. Yeah, they can have the full sorry story on the car lol - methinks anyone would get me to pay them to take it away it is such a total heap, so really really doubt the OR will want it

It was def under 8 months ago as it was whilst we were 'living' here and moved here in Nov last year

No no real receipts, think I did get a hug and kiss though, which the OR can have willingly

At this point I so don't care about BRO's apart from it affecting OH's business and if an IPA is granted we will be seriously skint and loose this place and really really be out on the streets again literally living in the boot of my car, so don't really care about anything they do to me personally. (sorry am having a wobbly moment about it all.)

Thank you - I know we all do, but urgh, wish I was a better person if this impacts on others, it's not fair if it does.

OK - stopped feeling sorry for myself now, normal bouncy and positive Pixie service will resume (now where are those Blue M&Ms........:p)
