Postal Orders commission reclaim
crvs
Hi All,
I recently took three postal orders and one of them was faulty. My application was sent back with all the postal order due to one faulty postal order. I had to take 3 fresh postal orders again and send the application again. I complained to post office reclaim section and received an letter stating that they will refund £175 but not the commission £37.5 paid for all three postal orders.
It was mistake from post office that I had to redo all postal orders again. Is there a way I reclaim the commission I paid initially?
Thanks,
Vidhya

Not if the PO dont want to refund it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. How was one of the postal orders "faulty"?
If there was something genuinely wrong with it a refund of the commission for the "faulty" one might be appropriate, but not all three.urs sinserly,
