I am just about to apply for a loan with nationwide. It asks for net monthly income. My question is do i take into account deductions in my pension?
I earn £1800 after tax national insurance and pension. If i dont include the pension i earn £1950.
Am i over complicating things? i probably will be asked for proof though. But i want to put the higher figure because i want to get accepted?

I would put the amount you actually take home, i.e. £1800.

Agree its asking for your net income, which would be £1800.0
