    Had confirmation email yesterday at 17:34 showing £17.99. Been on this morning to check progress and its showing as processing at £29.99?

    Does this mean my card will be charged £29.99?

    Mine's still showing as £17.99, ordered at 16:49. Status went to packing last night, but now it's gone back to processing. Can't say I feel that confident of receiving it.

    If the email says £17.99 then that's what it should be. There's an 0845 customer services number on their homepage, maybe you should ring them?

    Mines is also still showing at 17.99 but like you say was at packing last night and changed to processing today.

    Well checked my bank yesterday and they had indeed charged full amount. Spoke to customer services on 0845 number. Very apologetic and helpful. Said someone would have to call me back.

    Had an email a few minutes later,I replied and attached my original confirmation showing £17.99. In all fairness had a prompt reply with promise of refund back to my card for the difference.

    Checked Play.com account and its showing a refund. ;)
