Terms & Information Usage
The winner must be over 25 years old and hold a full UK driving licence. No cash alternative will be offered and winners will need to enter into a loan agreement with Lotus Cars Ltd. The details you provide will only be used by Lotus Cars Limited, Group Lotus PLC (or its affiliated or associated companies) or authorized dealers to keep you informed of new products and services and exclusive offers and communications.
Please note that there are a lot of T&C regarding this prize, so it worth reading them all, also the loan agreement which covers issues such as insurance

By loan agreement I think it refers to the fact they are LENDING it to you. On finer inspection of the terms look little different than those of a car rental company but in particular that you must be the driver, must not drive over 6,000 miles and NOT on a racetrack
