Valentines Day - The OS way

Sooooo we don't really celebrate Valentines Day, but with having to save our pennies for one thing or another, I'm thinking it would be quite nice (and fun) to put together a 3 course meal for the OH and I.

What would you make?

We're quite fussy, meat wise only eat Chicken or mince... and not huge fans of mushrooms or tomatoes.

What about your favourite soup to start with, then one of these chicken recipes http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/collection/chicken followed by your favourite dessert... personally i like an ice cream sundae, they're easy to make and you can make them look quite fancy by adding extra bits (sauce, sprinkles, fruit, chocolate, ect)
