A really basic question about mag daily

When it says the magazine and next to it 6 entries or 25 entries as an example, is that how many times I can enter each comp? If so how do you keep track of what entries you have made to keep a tally of your total?

Next question when lots of magazines have the same prize, does that mean there is only 1 prize on offer or does each magazine have the same prize to giveaway.

The number of entries allowed is the number of competitions you can enter daily on that site per day, without sharing. So for eg. Marie Claire you can enter 6 comps a day, or if you want to enter more you can "share" to gain access to more.


When they offer the same prize, it's usually one on offer. It will say if it's say "win one of 10 such and such's", but it's always a shared prize fund across the 7 mags.

Thanks I'm with you now about the entries, so if it says 6 next to it I will pick 6 out of the total I'm interested in...if I ever get the time lol.

Just adding a bit of info. The 7 mags that share prizes are:
Chat, Now, Pick Me Up, What's ON TV, Woman, Woman's Own and Woman's Weekly. Occasionally one of these (usually WO) run some comps that are only on their own site, but most of the comps are shared prizes. If you see "win an iPad" it will be one iPad to be won, but you can enter every day on every site so up to 7 entries a day really.


Some of the other mags such as Best, Reveal etc have similar prizes (eg there are a few running Rubber Sole vouchers at the mo) but to the best of my knowledge they are individual comps to those mags, not shared.


If you wanted to enter 10 of the Marie Claire comps, you have the option of sharing 4 of the comps on Facebook (if I do this I set it to "only me" and it still counts) or also on Twitter or by email (again if I ever do this, I email it to my own other email address!). Each share opens up an extra comp for you to enter, but NOT an extra entry into that draw! That's a common misunderstanding, and what I used to think myself!

I tend to find that if I share by twitter, the tweet does not show on my timeline, but I still get the extra entry.
