One of my creditors in BR made a claim against me via 'Money Claim' - which appears to be a small claims court in Northampton.
Anyway - this was back in August/beginning of September. I submitted my defence using the on-line facility, which was easy, quick and painless.
Although I'm not concerned in anyway because the debt was included in my BR, I haven't heard a thing since then!!! There doesn't seem to be any visual facility to see the outcome of the plaintiffs claim.
I was wondering if anyone else has had any dealing with Money Claim. Until the plaintiffs claim, I had never heard of Money Claim!!

It wasn't Arrow Global was it?
They have done it with me and I went BR 5 years ago on 24th feb and they have also done it to alastairq.

No it wasn't 'Arrow Global, DI2.
It was 'Creation Finance'.
I must of told them I was BR about 50 times through various media, i.e. email, phone calls, letters and there would be no payments, but they haven't taken a blind bit of notice.
The next thing I know they have submitted a claim against me via this 'Money Claim'
Anyway - I submitted my defence via the response facility on Money Claims website back in August 2013 and I haven't heard a dicky-bird.
