I haven't been around for a while but trying to catch up with threads atm. I sold 4 books last week after a bit of a drought - 2 on Amazon and 2 on GM.

Have also requested £5.13 from Ciao as I've finally reached payout!

I'm update properly when I'm at home later with my spreadsheet - need to get my act together though - I hate being behind

I've got a bit of interest to add - not as much as oops a daisy though - and I've sold no books in weeks!! I've got some more boxes to list so I'll spend some time doing that this week. I'm also trying to do more daily clicks on cashback websites, so hopefully they'll cash out before December. I've got about £40 on the way from Quidco this month, but they seem to be very late paying out, and I've just cashed in £5.xx from rpoints so I'll add that when it hits my bank account. I have to do some matched betting this weekend.

I think I'm gong to have to downgrade to bronze as I really can't see how I'm gonig to make silver :(

Hey Ruthie don't be down. Rather than see it as failing to achieve siliver look at it as you have saved £400+ that you might not otherwise have done. Im in a similar situation going for bronze and in reality (without being defeatist) I am not going to achieve a grand BUT whatever I achieve will be a chunk in the holiday fund and for that I am very happy. Theres still 9-10 weeks to go so you never know. Good Luck.

Around lunchtime today, I came out of the house to post out a book I'd sold on Amazon. Then I went off to a nearby town on the train to do a mystery shop, which if they keep their word will net me *lots*of money. I'll post the figures for each when the money comes into my general bank account, which is my rule for myself.

But it got me thinking........ for the first Olympic Challenge, I'd see people selling stuff, and shopping and stuff, and think, how do they do that? But it did get me selling on amazon, and I've sold some magazines privately, and within the last 6 weeks I've started mystery shopping too..... what I do has just built up gradually over time. Its quite normal now to think of myself as an Amazon seller. Even tho what I sell goes for peanuts, I'm an Amazon seller........ I suppose I just wanted to say, ooh, I'm one of them now, I'm one of us, a real DFW, in deed as well as word! Very happy with that, and the way I can find multiple streams of income, however small.

So thanks all the people who came before, showing me how it was done. I'm sure there's more for me to learn (*still* haven't done any ebay, for instance), but I'm on the way properly with this stuff.
