    Mortgage-free Glee!
Well I have been posting an item a day on eBay, posted up 10 items of fabric (2 buyers lined up) and then did a book yesterday (signed first ed of a modern paperback). I also included a buy now option and it sold in 1 hour! Dead chuffed as it had been kicking around for ages.

So I am spurred on now to investigate further items this weekend!

Claimed back £120 cashback today from Morgan Stanley which will go into the mortgage pot!
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

Well looks like people are going great guns! Fab! Had a busy week & not been on much but have bee saving money! Two items went on ebay (but alas not the tiffany ring!!) and also got a very nice 54.80 from gas refund for my switch! Got letter this am saying I'll get £75 mortgate fee reclaim so very chuffed about that but have to send a letter in first! Going to do a car boot next sat with my mum which is very timely as about to tackle redecorating my kitchen! The DFW way of course!! Paint cupboards and using my birthday money for some new shelves! Will try & be lethal while I clean the kitchen out cos its a tiny kitchen and got far too much stuff in it!!!
