I am going to a family 21st birthday party at the weekend and have been tasked with making a dessert. Cheats cheesecake, I chocolate digestive, cheapest you can get, I teaspoon soft cheese, again cheapest you cazn get, I used asda 50p, pinch of icing sugar, top with whatever cheap fruit you can get. These are fabulous with home grown strawberry.
