Is it possible to claim back Child Support for years missed?

There are just some people who wont be fair and share the burden equally, including the benefits. These people are selfish and only think of themselves. My son had it the other way round happymum - he shared the care equally, but his ex. then backdated child maintenance. (She had registered three years earlier, so that this was possible in her case).0

We had the same medsec - back dated for years as was registered when they originally split up & she was on benefit ..despite hearing nothing from them for about 8 years (& paying the pwc direct )!We just want a fair system for the benefit of all the children.0
