Self employed earnings lower than minimum wage

does anyone know if this any financial help for somone who is self employed and whose earning are below the minimum wage? Thinking of nat insurance help etc?

you already pay less national insurance. You obviously have your personal allowance and maybe childrens/working tax credits but apart from that, it is one of the risks of being self employed.
Also remember that being self employed will mean you get less pension from the state so you may wish to weigh up whether it is even worth you being self employed and perhaps look for an employed option.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
