Wentworth Finance,anyone had any dealings with them?

Hi i am posting this on behalf of my mum in law, she applied online for a loan and was sent a letter from a company called Wentworth Finance who accepted her for a £7000 loan, but they have asked her to send £49 upfront to release the forms to fill in. Now with all the scams going on shes not sure if this is standard practice or if they are trying to pull a fast one, can anyone advise, thanks in advance.
