    Hi

PO Box addresses usually don't get signed for - but they will still have received your letter.

What was the letter in relation to? how long ago did you send it?

The consumer credit licence register gives an address of
Griffin House, 40, Lever Street, MANCHESTER, Lancashire, M60 6ES, United Kingdom

as being their correspondance address, principle place of business and registered office.

Hi. Many Thanks for your reply . The letter I send about getting on for 2 weeks now. I was replying to the threatening letter they send me about not getting the money as they are being paid through a 3rd party. And this will be the 4th or 5th time I have told them and I have bin informed by my 3rd party that they are responding to the letters my 3rd party have send out to them , While I'm still keep getting threatening letters from them .

I'd be tempted to not respond to any further letters from them if you are certain that the 3rd party are paying them.

Are you on a DMP? who with? how long have you been in the DMP (some commercial DMP providers don't pay anything to creditors until month 3 or 4).

If you are with a fee charging DMP company are you aware there are charties who will run a DMP without taking a cut of your monthly repaymemt?
