13 months on and I finally reached the £25 pay out.
Has been sent to my bank account promptly but only £24 so I have opened a support ticket.
I can't find anything anywhere about a charge.0 -
I've had the same when I last paid out and it seemed that the surveys I had done last were credited to my Quidco account a few days later than the ones I had taken longer ago. Got the entire amount eventually but took a week or so.0

I gave up on Quidco when they refused an insurance cashback. Now I use Imutual and so far so good!!

Yes, there was a £1 or so outstanding to be credited which is why I was sent £24. I didn't understand quite how it worked obviously, too used to sites who credit you with the payment instantly!0
