Its about time that some MPs are seeing sense and are trying to sort out this unfair mess that IDS has put the benefit system into.

If they're getting a reward it should only be if they find a proper job, things like zero hours contracts shouldn't be included.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Job centre staff should not be 'rewarded' for either - they should be doing what used to be the way, which is getting a fair salary, and them doing the best job they can, in return.
They are not paid to judge the system, they are paid to implement it, and no extra rewards should be given.
Once you start applying targets and incentives etc., chaos quickly follows.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

The problem is getting someone to sign off is treated as the same as another person securing employment.0 -
"It also noted the introduction under Universal Credit of an "in-work conditionality" regime – meaning people in work can be subject to benefit sanctions if they do not for instance increase their skills to get a better-paid job – widely expected to apply to more than 1 million low-paid Universal Credit claimants."
So, people who work minimum wage are up for potential sanctioning!! I assume that as they are in work, they are expected to pay for the additional training.0
