Frustrated!

I must admit I am getting disheartened.

After 6 weeks of winning zilch, my comp-only mobile just rang. I have been using it for the Ultimate Wii games room comp and I was convinced it must be them phoning me. Nobody else knows that phone number.

However, it turned out to be some mobile phone company trying to sell me stuff. How annoying! My heart started thumping when the phone rang and I was ready to jump for joy. Then I came back to earth with a big bump.

I'm beginning to feel extremely unlucky. I've been doing several daily comps for weeks and probably about 100 other comps each week since mid-May. I'm trying not to feel jealous when so many others are winning fantastic prizes, especially the Wii games room which I really have my heart set on!

Oh well...maybe tomorrow....

Aww hobbes, it can get really disheartening but prizes are like buses - When one eventually turns up, a couple more will no doubt follow.

keep at it I won a d s lite today from fanta, every few months this happens to me I feel its a waste of time comping then I win something nice. best of luck

Don't give up hope!

I have been entering comps for ages and have not won anything for about 18 months or so and then yesterday I got the BIG one - the family trip to Sydney.

Never in my dreams did I think I would win anything like this, but apparently I have.

Now I am anxiously waiting for all the confirmation to come. It could take up to 28 days, but the lady at Virgin says it should be quicker then that, I hope so!

The ironic thing is, I eneterd this comp the day I had to cancel a family holiday to Spain as my daughter came down with Chickenpox the day we were flying. I remember thinking, if I can't go on this one, I'll win won!.

So don't give up - Good luck.

I never win anything either and does get annoying as enter loads but all the winners posts give me hope and will keep at it as you never know I might soon be making you all jealous with one of my fantastic wins if that ever happens

I know how you feel ! Seeing others winning the prizes you entered for can be disheartening but should also be used to give belief that there is real prizes out there. Next it could be you or me. :rolleyes:

Don't lose hope. I had my first win last month (a lip gloss). Its not come yet but i was so excited when i won it! My Sister inlaw inspired me to enter all the comps as she is always winning, so it gives me hope. There are real prizes out there just keep your fingers crossed and sit tight!

I've only won a quid off any purchase of fudge :rotfl: :rotfl: so I know what ya mean! But, keep at it! Think of how amazing it will be to win something really good (no more darn fudge for me, ty!!):j :j

And keep waiting for that phonecall/email - in the meanwhile, enter a few more comps

Keep waiting, I've only ever won once, but that's given me enough to push me into entering more!

I feel like that too somedays, have had couple of years of really bad luck so keep hoping that it is about to change!
I have been at it 6 weeks and have had no wins...however someone else posted a similar message a few days ago and there were a whole host of people who didn't won anything for 6 months then had loads of prizes so I am not giving up hope yet!!!

I guess to give up now would just be admitting defeat so I'll keep plugging away and hope for some better luck.

So far I've enjoyed just the excitement of finding and entering comps but after a while of continual failure it gets a bit depressing!
