Mortgage Offer lease duration slightly different from actual lease duration

Hi All,
On my mortgage offer it says the lease duration remaining is 114 years instead of 112 and Ground Rent is 50 per year instead of 250. My mortgage advisor says that this is not an issue and we do not need to get it reissued?
What's the opinion of experts?
