Evening all! Payday today so we've been having steak at Chateau Nargle, a nice bit of rump (ooo-er, missus!). However, a meal planning session will take place over the next couple of days to ensure that over the next few weeks we all eat well but with a hint of frugality -mind you, with the two resident gannets frugality seems to be an impossible dream.....

You're dead right regarding the sticky vs thread situation; I've been reading the DFW diaries for months now and joined the forum in Dec' 13 but I have yet to read any of the stickies!

How the heck am I going to loose 20 Kgs, and improve my climbing from a poor V4+ to a good V6- if this sort of thing is shown to me. I hate, I yes Hate, you for that picture.

Actually it's brilliant, and I'm impressed, and as nobody has yet put the food smell app on my computer, I'm not really having a problem, and I wouldn't hate you or anyone for a cake.
