Bathroom draught help

Hi folks,
I live in an apartment, and ever since we bought the place, there has been a gap down to the left of toilet bowl. It causes a fairly bad draught at times and to this point we haven't gone about repairing it.
The question, is what can be done about this? I have googled it and it suggests a foam block. I have never been one for D.I.Y., so where do I obtain such an item in or around Belfast, and more importantly, does it need to be fitted ? Who might do such a thing as this ?
Thanks again.

Just buy a can of expanding foam, spray it in the gap, when it expands and dries file it so that its even and paint it white. Job done.
