few Qs regarding clean up 4 years after BR

Hi all I was unable to log in on old account so re joined.
I went BR April 2009 and never bothered to clean up as I assumed pointless til 6 years is up and no need for credit.
I have done a credit file check and though 80% of creditors show settled or satisfied a few show active still... and the 20% remaining show wrong dates of when logged on file... which was way after BR.. what I mean is if my BR date is before this date do I correct them? I was discharged 6 months within BR.
another query I have is I don't have a discharge paper and don't recall receiving the certificate... I got a letter from OR stating I had been but have since misplaced...was that it?
my bank have my BR on their system and wont take it off til I send in paperwork bare in mind it nearly 5 years ago now..
I got Barclays account as I went thru BR and cant use apps or internet banking til I prove im clear.. they say the letter is £70 ? is this true I cannot afford that much to send to my bank.
any advice please ladies and gents x

Default dates should be on or before your bankruptcy date.
Court certificate of discharge is £70, but you can be exempt that if on certain benefits or low income in the same way you can be other court fees. OR may agree to write you another letter confirming discharge instead, but you have left that a bit long now so could be a bother.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I work part time as im a full time student
I will ring the OR office tomorrow and see if they can send something confirming my discharge date.0 -
Try this...
discharge.queries@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk
and they will need...
1) Your current and previous address
2) Date of Birth
3) National Insurance number
4) Bankrupt number of what year and what court (should be on bankruptcy paperwork EG...207/2009 if you dont have contact the court you attended)
They will then supply in writing confirmation of discharge free of chargeNot quite a newbie as you think
