charity

hi
I made about £100 charity donations 12/13 according to bank statements, and have snuck into the higher rate tax bracket doing my returns. Should I include this £100 figure? Does it reduce my liability?

If I was on the 20% bracket, ditto above?

thanks

Definitely - in both cases. Enter the payment you made - the tax relief will be given in the calculation

  • You can't claim against all charity donations - only Gift Aided ones.
