NCO still hassling me!

Hi
Well I sent off the template letter with the £1 fee and gave them a generous 12 working days to reply. Today is the last day.
However they have still been calling me and one of the operators argued with me that the debt must be mine because I had paid £1 off it!! I pointed out not too politely that the £1 was the fee for them to provide proof and to check my letter! They have continued to call me virtually every day and I have hung up on them until today when I felt enough was enough and told the 'boy' to sort it out or get lost and again reminded him that today was the final day for them to provide proof to which he replied that the debt would now be due in full....aaaaaah!!!
Have had enough of this company and now need to know what I can do next.
Any advice?
Sharon
