High income child benefit

Hi there
I need some help with the high income child benefit. I agree I have left it late but need some help please.

1. My pay was 51k per annum for the financial year 2012/2013.
But I had to move job in Nov 2012 and my pay was reduced to £48k

So I want to know whether I would be impacted as my annual income has come down below £50k

I havent submitted my self assessment and I have to register to get it done and considering the date, I will be paying the penalty anyway

Is there way to address this complication pl
