Thank you all - I will be notifying all the relevant bodies, however, most of them will just slap them on their wrists as regards the Police my MP is hopefully writing to the Cheif Constable and asking the fraud squad to look into it.
I just want them to suffer and I do want to get compensation out of this as it has taken 3 months out of my life.

Not so sure about this one tbh I would have thought they would be:
-forced to cease trading
-fined for breach of trading standards.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Companies House - will notify theme they are in breach of Section 351 of the Companies Act, however, how we make sure they change their note paper?
Awaiting the OFT comment regarding unfair charges re debit card charges.
Awaiting the Police it might not be within their Fraud Remit if you know what I mean.
I am trying to get a hearing to revoke their credit licence, but am sure how to contact the OFT officially not just through the email and to whom I should address it to.
I think I am just getting impatient! Below is a quote re the debit card charges - personally I love the sentance that states the OFT cant comment on bank charges!
We can confirm that our credit/debit card commission is 3%, this is made up of our bank charge (Natwest charge us your both debit & credit transactions), plus the cost of administration of the payment. Methods of payment are detailed on our letters, and confirm the 3% commission on all card payments. I have listened to the phone call on 23rd March, and when the debtor was advised of the 3% charge she replied "I am aware of the charge" and continued to provide us with the card details. We strongly reject any claims of Fraud
Thanks guys for all your help, sorry if I am seeming ungrateful I am really am not just banging my head against a brck wall and it is a little sore!

If the bailiffs who visited you were certificated bailiffs then you can send your complaint to the County Court that issued the bailiff certificate. This can get an individual bailiffs certificate revoked as well as persuing the company (not sure if it was one bailiff who was at fault though!) Any claim for compensation would be made through the County Courts.Pay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
