Help with my spreadsheet

Options
I downloaded the wedding ideas magazine spreadsheet, but it didn't really do what I wanted it to do. So I've embarked on making my own, where I can tinker with the costs once I know that numbers are confirmed, etc. Here's the list of everything at all that I can think of - there's some extras in there like a coke station, dessert party and sweet bar that obviously wouldn't apply to each wedding. Please let me know if there's something you think I've missed off. I've been to all of one wedding before so not too sure what we need to budget for just yet.

What music are you having for the ceremony?
A CD? Or some sort of live music (Organ, string quartet etc). Don't forget to budget that in unless you already have a CD that you like.

Other than that I think you've got it covered :).

    Hi Emma,

Looks very thorough! Can I just ask, you mention a coke station? I know it's a little off topic, but could you let me know where you get hold of one of these - this would be perfect for my wedding too! Thank you :)

    Hello

We're just making something ourselves - Argos have some coke buckets reduced and we will be getting some glass bottles whenever they're on offer somewhere.
