I need 5K quick. Whats the best solution (credit card or Loan)

I really need 5k quick. I've been turned down 2 loans already but one was accepted for 4k. But i need another 5k to finish building my small business. Im scared to try for another loan and im not keen on paying large intrest rates. For what i can gather my Credit profile is ok (avarage id say). Having a credit card seems like a good idea but im not sure which company is best to go for. Or which company is more likely to accept me. I already own a credit card with £1500 balance on it but thats about it.

I understand the principle of 12 months 0% purchase. So does this mean if i spend 5k on that credit card the first month i will have to pay around 3% (£150) per month as my least minimum payment. For the first 12 months i wont be charged any interst and if i pay it all off in 12 months that means in short terms i've had a 12 month 5k loan for 0% intrest. So im i right? (wheres the catch?)
