I'm not really totally sure but I would guess it would be a cash refund... I paid £4 real money yesterday but rejected mullers cos I don't like the dessert flavours. £8 cash being refunded to my card.
Think it's the same for you..

The lovely guy there is awesome on retrieving my basket from the van he see's all the dove 10 bottles he said .......OH I HAD A FELLA HERE YESTERDAY GETTING A LOT OF THESE BUT HE HAD SUBSTITUTES ON SOME BUT HE ALSO SAID OHH THATS OK I THINK THE WIFE WILL BE OK WITH THEM SHE LIKES ALL THE DOVE FRAGRANCES
