Hi everyone i am so confused right now ( which really does'nt take a lot) but i have just been to collect my CC Dove order to find that they have subbed 5 off the 10 i ordered which isn't a problem but they have subbed for the 250ml not the 500ml and still charged me £2 each
i excepted them but mentioned it to the guy at collection point and he said well they should of given you double then but they hadn't so he cancelled 5 x 250ml and told me to keep the 5 i had with the 5 x 500ml waiting to see the apg as my shopping is still showing on its way :eek: not sure whats going to happen anybody have any ideas

also at the bottom of my order form it shows

toiletries 2 for £3 you saved -2.00

You should get the full apg for what you ordered not what you received.

Thankyou FloFlo yes i get that the apg wont be effected but surely they shouldn't of subbed for the smaller size should they ? i know by the guy refunding them i've benifitted but just confused of the fact that they subbed for a smaller amount but still charged the same.
