Back from a quick T visit and while I was queueing at service desk a lady had brought 2 Oral B vitality electric toothbrushes and was complaining they hadn't gone through at half price. Trout checked and agreed they were half price and just gave her a refund ( I wasnt near enough to comment on dtd) she then made a phone call. So I whizzed round and picked a couple up off the shelf, got a few fillers so it wasn't obvious and went through checkout, they were half price:eek: I didnt know they could change prices that quick! Back for a refund later!:( Might be worth checking in your locals though.:)

oh and hugs and well done's all round:rotfl:

Went to Ruth and got 4 of the black £1 boxes:j

Unfortunately, not my rubbish, but hopefully someone will be buying my rubbish in a couple of weeks :D

I'm the queen of 'if its not tied down, sell it on eBay' but even I hadn't thought there would be a value to empty champagne bottles! I'm still trying to work out what they do with it!

Morning all, started out with beautiful sunshine this morning but clouding over now. Wind is crazy though

And was I the only one glued to the snowboard slopestyle? Shame the British boys couldnt land it

Well on the plus side I got a £79 shop down to £75 after multi buys and then down to thirty six odd after MOCs -
    a total of £39.04 off or roughly 50% :T

    I used
£10 sun+ giftcard that came this morning
3.66 TPP found in the carpark this morning
    £16 of cond spends - a £9 and a £7
£1.50 off for spending seven on frozen
    2 x £2 for A2 milk
    2 x £1 orchard veg mocs
2 x free print offs for the free porridge pots
1.50 for pizza and a few mailing MOCs

and I got a TPP back for next time and another cond spend

On the minus side I didn't realise the burgers were a Tosco v morribos shop  (as its nearly always t v a) so I did make a few bad mistakes - the A2 milk but I think the MOCs are only for T but worse still was the pizza (but having said that I had a total of £3 off a £7 frozen spend and that gave me 4 items so I would have needed 4 other fillers which might have come to a pound anyway and the cond spend for frozen needed using up anyway)

OHs rich tea biscs - useful filler item and my sparkling water even though there is a penny difference

So at least I have 12 burgers in the freezer now - I really loathe the stink of these things cooking

(I bought £25 of food and £50 of BQ gift card for the builder to play with and got the extra 150 CC points :T )

    And get lots of glitches!
  • Thanks to all who posted the 1p items, I have just joined the club with 4 x es. Whilst there I managed to pick up some burgers and tuna, and if anyone needs fillers the naked bags show as n/a and don't forget the mocs in T's mag.

Aau 1 well done, keep going it will be worth it.

Hope everyone keeps dry tonight, I am enjoying the sunshine at the moment and I'm debating as to whether to start sowing seeds in my greenhouse as they forcast this weather till the end of the month which hopefully means no frost! Has anyone else started yet?

I was just thinking the same, and have been looking longingly at my seed packets, but have decided to leave it a couple more weeks

I have some flower seeds going but I have a heater in the greenhouse. I've questioned whether it's worth having on lately because it's been so mild.
I was weeding the raised beds this morning. I've never had weeds like it at this time of year  crazy weather! I had to come in because the rain has arrived :(
