Busy night & a very lucky day with good things happening for a change ♥

Anyway - Soup.

The unmeasured way

Leeks
Onions
Potatoes
Chicken OXO
Hot water
Milk
Cream

Chop up about 5potatoes. Chop up your leeks & 2 onions.

Gently fry the leeks & onions in large pan until really soft.
Make up chicken OXO in a pint of boiling water.
Add to pan & ¼ pint of cold milk, then chuck in chopped potatoes.
Bring to boil & then simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cream & then liquidize to thick

Lidls ciabatta bread with butter

I watched a program about that last year and with TB you where kept outside all year round. Shocking. At least now more people understand and it can be treated. My worry is lung cancer.
