Spoke to wife again today which doesn't help the emotions, her mother has shown some signs of improvement , so she's a little less stressed. Still didn't get to talk about us though!

From what I can gather its suggested that after 1hr + workout you need a ratio of 4:1 (Carbs:Protein) within 30 mins of finishing your workout for best results. You need to replace the glycogen stores in your muscles quickly - so foods high on the glycemic index are ideal - a bit of melon is good This helps with muscle soreness and helps you recover quicker and aids weight loss.

That is my understanding

Sadly, yes, TB is massively on the increase. And it is definitely immigration from said countries that has caused it.
