    How are you scamps ?

I feel knackered! Emotions are up and down like a yo-yo! Don't like staying in this house so I'm out most of the time. Talking of which, I also found these...

And pretty much any lightbulbs in this sort of packaging are 1p as well...

Spoke to wife again today which doesn't help the emotions, her mother has shown some signs of improvement , so she's a little less stressed. Still didn't get to talk about us though!

yes, mate I use whey protein after a workout, there are lot of places you can get it and always on offer....

sign up to www.theproteinlab.co.uk and http://www.myprotein.com/all-offers/flash-sale.list

Holland & Barrett or even T's sell it too!:D

Calmspirit how did the induction go!?:)

From what I can gather its suggested that after 1hr + workout you need a ratio of 4:1 (Carbs:Protein) within 30 mins of finishing your workout for best results. You need to replace the glycogen stores in your muscles quickly - so foods high on the glycemic index are ideal - a bit of melon is good :) This helps with muscle soreness and helps you recover quicker and aids weight loss.

    That is my understanding :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

    I didn't think TB was around anymore:o
It has been brought in by the immigrants from TB prone countries. We really should insist on health checks at the border.:(

Sadly, yes, TB is massively on the increase. And it is definitely immigration from said countries that has caused it.

I know of a case where someone was allowed to continue working in a hospital during the period of time from suspicion to diagnosis :eek:
