Spoke to wife again today which doesn't help the emotions, her mother has shown some signs of improvement , so she's a little less stressed. Still didn't get to talk about us though!0 -
yes, mate I use whey protein after a workout, there are lot of places you can get it and always on offer....
sign up to www.theproteinlab.co.uk and http://www.myprotein.com/all-offers/flash-sale.list
Holland & Barrett or even T's sell it too!:D
Calmspirit how did the induction go!?:)
From what I can gather its suggested that after 1hr + workout you need a ratio of 4:1 (Carbs:Protein) within 30 mins of finishing your workout for best results. You need to replace the glycogen stores in your muscles quickly - so foods high on the glycemic index are ideal - a bit of melon is goodThis helps with muscle soreness and helps you recover quicker and aids weight loss.
That is my understandingSomething unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Sadly, yes, TB is massively on the increase. And it is definitely immigration from said countries that has caused it.
I know of a case where someone was allowed to continue working in a hospital during the period of time from suspicion to diagnosis :eek:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
