The trigger for the Garnier is the Recover or Peace 150ml spray.

  • Good evening everybody I hope you are all well and have had a good day.

I am doing the swimathon this year so I am training to swim a mile in one go. I normally break my swimming sessions up so max I normally do it 16 lengths in one go with breaks, so I am currently retraining myself to swim a mile.

If you would not mind I am looking to raise £100 and was wondering if any of you would mind sponsoring thank you for taking your time to read this.

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Coming on nicely :D it's not that difficult at all. I use a laser level to mark out where the stripes are, put low tack masking tape on the line and paint. The stripes are not equal depth so there's room for a little artistic license.
