    Evening peeps. :)

Sorry, I just need this out of my head!!
Just got off the phone to my wife, absolute floods of tears.
Apparently, 5 days after she left, her mother went into hospital for a double hip replacement. It went well, but was then was rushed to ICU as she suffers from Von Willebrands (as does my wife) They sent her home after 6 days, but 2 days ago she was taken to the ICU again suffering from DVT. My wife says that basically all her veins have 'exploded' and she's not going to survive!! All the family are meeting tomorrow except me. I feel so hopeless. What do I do? :(

What did she ask you to do? Does she want your help or is she just using your ears? Either way her mother being in a bad way will be hard on her

Hallo! Again not fully caught up but does anyone have a picture or b/c for the Nike backpack? I'm going to be making up a 'homeless backpack' which is an idea I saw on the internet. Just a cheap back pack filled with personal hygiene items, some food, thick socks and scarves etc. Aiming to do it for as little as possible and give it to someone sleeping rough, especially in colder weather. If I can do it for pennies then I'll probably keep doing it throughout the year :)

I put in an order, then decided to order something else, had to use another e mail as it said I had already used the codes and they are only available once.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

I'm sorry that you feel like this......but it might be best to let things unfold.... This situation is not of your making. Deep breaths......take time to think and reflect
Had contact from council today also. I have to leave the house when they find me suitable accommodation. 11 yrs gone down the drain!

Just ears. Nothing about us. She knows that I'm always there for her. Some times it takes the pi55, but I'm there!

I did pay £2 for both so it should work for 2 on an AvS shop. They are 3 for £3 at T though so in theory buying 6 on an AvT shop should compare nicely providing you buy the correct ones :(

    Time for bed now.

    Good night all.

Great thanks, I'll see if they're still the same on MSM in the morning.

You might just have to play it how you see it scamps. it's obvious you still love her, despite everything. Thats for no one to judge but you. I think you already know that :) You'll get lots advice here......but in real life, you'll do what's right for you. No one knows what that is except you!
I hope you sort it out :)

Thanks Sarah and Patty. Adding that to the list :) PD and I are hopefully going on a 1p hunt tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Scamps you're very good to still be an ear for your wife after everything. But as TM has said, deep breath and stand back and see how things play out. Best of luck with the council.
