Thank you for the photo of these, as I reported last night (I think) I found one pack with the same packaging, apart from (now checked) they say Tetrosyl rather than Carplan in the red oval at the top.

I didn't notice at the time but I have some of those ones as well. Some have 6 pairs in and some have 10.

There he is - wondered why he didn't post re: smart1e's £2.25/£2.50 post. :D :rotfl:

I went to T earlier for a mooch. found the 1p wooden spoons (he he, the Go create kids ones). Took a few boxes. as i went over to the tills, i saw an 8 pack of bic pencils just left there, green in colour with rubbers on the end. I knew they were on my 1p list. And bingo, they went through at 1p. That's the second time something 1p related has just jumped in front of me. Last Fri, i was in a different store in the stationary aisle. A hello kitty car freshener was on the floor right in front of me. And yes, it was 1p :rotfl: They keep jumping out at me:T

I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find
  • You'll need to be on the look-out for the trams as well then :p

Quite funny, we were in San Francisco, didn't go on the trams because of the queues, but heard them going on about how their trams had never had an accident. While we were there we were watching a tram going down the street and it slammed right into one that was stationary! No-one was hurt except for the pride of the guides walking around SF!

  • Just had nightmare - found helium balloons for 1p (numbers, congrats, good luck, Wedding and 30th) and the illusive Ameretto chocs (my Mr T's is always cleared out of glitches so I was thrilled!) Went through self scan - got flagged up - had to scan 18 items (SA was shocked she had never had that many before!) She did that and it said there was a discrepancy - she had to scan EVERY item. Felt sick! She was lovely though and sorted everything. Now to crack out my helium tank!:j

Please please have you got the codes for the helium balloons thank you. Well done on your finds .

Went into a different tescos today still lots of suits buzzing about.
Starting to feel paranoid as I wander the aisles looking for 1p items.
This store hasn't got a scanner so it has to be a dead cert on the 1p stakes.
Saw scales but there were so many didn't know which was the right ones.
Sorry to be a pain if anyone has the code or picture I would be grateful thank you.

Whilst going through self scan a lady was querying the price of the gatsby DVD , couldn't get anymore info than that as I was going like the clappers with my 1 p items .😃

    A question.....
Last week it was HDUK about screwfix, and the new book having a £10 voucher in, I think David. brought it over here. Has anyone seen the £10 voucher yet, as mine have arrived but I cant find any voucher?
    Many thanks.
