My brother and his girlfriend have just announced they are having a boy, I would love to do a basket/hamper for them, for when baby arrives, if anyone spots any cheap baby products, please let me know. Oh and if any glitches on baby food comes up again, I will definitely participate in this one, do they have a good date on the jars?0

I'm currently working on this for my granddaughter due in March. I have a couple of rattles, socks, a Primarni babygro with a toy attached, some bibs and a couple of cups I won from Tommee Tippee. Might get a few more bits but currently looking for a suitable basket.
I'm not being mean, but I am expecting everything to be just put to one side and never usedI try but my son's fiancee is hard to please.

Any little LEGO fans out there? From 4-6pm THURSDAY your kids (6-14 year olds) can take part in the LEGO mini build at your nearest participating store. The staff will help them build a model which your kids then get to keep!

I know what you mean, I have a friend that I done one for previously, and she never used a thing in it, I think it stayed wrapped up in the cellophane for months, every time I went round to see her, it was still wrapped up, her excuse was that it was so pretty she didnt want to open it. But I have never seen anything from it being used:( and another friend I sorted out all my old baby bits for her, as she was short on money, and gave them to her, thinking it would help her out, and she just binned the lot,:eek: told her mom she doesnt like charity, then in that case, why bother taking it from me in the first place, I would have had it all back:mad:0 -

Afternoon everyone!
Disappointed to scan the Lindt at £3.50 today :eek: that's quite a price rise! So I decided to lose my burger virginity instead and I'm really looking forward to trying them tonight! I'm going to chop one up and do it in some M&S pasta sauce and have it on baked potatoes:D
Yes I know pasta sauce is for pasta lol but the M&S ones are quite thick so I fancy it with baked spud as I am a rebel.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
A couple of fillers I used for the burger shop were value lemon squash 42p and value teabags 27p, they didn't affect the PP it was a perfect £6.Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -
