Just noticed velvet 4pk toilet rolls on offer in t, 2 packs for £3.... 60p moc in t mag:)

23p per roll if you use 2x moc:)

Thank you but probably won't be needing loo rolls for about 6 months after the Nouvelle freebies.:money:

When I was last in Ts the Plenty Big One kitchen roll was half price to £2, with a £1 MOC in the T mag. They were OOS but I'll be going back - the offer was running for at least another week. Or the 8 pack Plenty is on offer until 11 Feb for £4.50 (£3.50 with MOC) online.

What did you actually buy? (I assume you still have them) I've never found enough different 10p sweets.
And always go one over IMHO.
I was buying the sweets for quickness and convenience and then thought I was paying 10x more for each pack than I did for Thorntons toffees, so started buying 1 red onion, 1 brown, 2 mushroom, 1 carrot, 1 tom etc tikka sauce, own brand biscuits :rotfl:
As I was doing 3 shops at a time they came in useful

Had a brief catchup and seems not a lot of Champagne was to be had :(I am pleased yesterday is behind me as my day just got worse as the day progressed.Feeling sad on waking due to DH Anniversary then heard from my DSis Auntielala to say her DH had been rushed into hospital as they thought he had had another stroke:eek:thank goodness it turns out he had a urine infection but kept him in hospital on a drip of antibiotics. As the day progressed and deciding not to venture out I got a phone call to say my Uncle had died and although it was sort of expected it upset me due to how i was already feeling. My DS came round as he always does on DD anniversary and lite candles and whilst here we looked at the 10years Anniversary of facebooks video that they had composed for me and it was so lovely :Tand made me cry but this time because I was happy. So I ended my day feeling much better.
I apologise for such a long post but wanted to share my day thankyou x

Big hugs to you nanny, sorry to hear about your uncle. :(
Hope auntie Lala's hubby is on the mend soon, xx
    Good morning:hello:

Hope everyone hasn't been blown away:eek:

I've just finished sorting and cleaning the kitchen cupboards... I'm trying to talk myself out of going to t's for a mooch around. Only really need bread and milk so I could go to the express but that's dearer and they would count as 3 items for a price comparison shop!!!!?! What to do???

    Decisions, decisions....

Little mans playing sonic... He's better than me:eek: it's his treat for using the potty:j:j

Congrats on the potty training :j

    Sorry to quote myself.

    The weirdest thing just happened

I just bumped into said nephews mum. I haven't seen her for about 4 years since her and my brother split up. If seeing the pics this morning didnt throw me enough, seeing her definitely did!

I'm clearly not having a good day :(

Ah hun, big hugs to you to.
Today sounds like it needs to hurry the hell up and finish :(

TIGERWHITE- big hugs to you and your friends. Such a devastating and heartbreaking thing to happen :(

  • So little man has been asserting himself today. He went to school in swimming trunks this morning instead of pants. He did have some joggers on but kept pulling them down to show off his trunks :rotfl:
It wasn't worth the effort of getting him to change. Think the teachers think I'm a bit slack with the laundry :D:rotfl:

    Good afternoon all.

    Happy birthday fourp! Enjoy.

Tigerwhite - sorry to hear such sad news. Hugs to you & QoC.

aau - thanks for the blue packing tape tip - found a box on the top shelf today and liberated it's 1p contents. :T Also managed to find the Pentel sets, some pencil cases and two of the Nike backpacks for 1p. :j:j

It's getting very blustery here now. Take care all. :)

How do I tell if the Tesco burgers are the one's that work?

I read that if it had no silver sticker it probably wouldn't work (but then read something about portrait and landscape labels which confused me) :o

Grateful for any help. Hoping to land in T's in about 30 and find a shelf full of burgers and BNI curry

    Thanks
