I wasn't aware of this either. Strange in all the years there have been boots threads I have never read this!

Some people have 100s on their cards and maybe don't know about this.:eek:
Thanks for bringing this over
i think the op on the boots thread had it wrong, they are saying now that the points only go if you have not used the card for two years.:)

 Custard, chocolate fondants, lemon curd, mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, use them with the Ts burgers as a binder for meat balls, ice cream, for sweet short crust pastry (for a richer crust) and creme brulee:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/originalcremebrulee_81524

You could freeze them: Place one egg yolk in each ice cube cavity of a clean ice cube tray. Add a pinch of salt to each yolk (if you plan to eventually use them in savoury recipes) or a pinch of sugar (if you will use them in sweet recipes). Freeze overnight until solid, then transfer to an airtight freezer bag.

This website is brilliant for ideas for leftover yolks: http://www.fortysomething.ca/2010/04/recipes_to_use_up_extra_egg_yo.php

    Afternoon all :)

    Wow loads there thanks

We have had some radiators replaced. The old ones are sitting at the edge of the path. Fitter reckons they will disappear within a day. They have already been near the house and behind a car for a few days, but now they are in broad daylight just waiting to be taken. Hope someone grabs.

If you lived near me, they'd be gone in minutes. We are still plagued by scrap collectors around here :(
