That list first appeared on saturday on my facebook feed from 10 ways to have more money as a student....so whilst it might be a collective of everything I doubt theres that much left out and about now.
There was also a comment on their facebook page which seemed to suggest that the current 1p items would come to an end on 9th feb
having said that they also advised "followers" not to get caught out by the pork in T which was priced on SEL as one price but going through the tills for more money....clearly they have a lot to learn re DTD!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
I got the Feerie Spring Blossom Van Cleef & Arpels for women form Givaudan, a bit sweet for me but haven't tried wearing it yet so will wait and see. Certainly a fairly large bottle
Hugs to everyone that needs them, whether for injuries to flesh or to heart.
I recall when my daughter broke up with her then boyfriend, all I could do was hold her, I said absolutely nothing. Glad I wasn't disparaging about him because she was back with him a couple of months later.
That said, they then broke up again after another year as another lad had arrived on the scene and they are now living together. Hoping they don't break up as I would loe some of my stash room :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

How is the new job going
Thanks hun,
Job is going really well thanks.
They asked me today if I wanted to learn how to change all the bulbs and wipers. I said yes but I can sense that it may be a bad idea:rotfl:
How are you doing ? XxLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
Evening everyone, busy week so I wont be around much but I will be thinking of you all
I have 2 questions to ask - any answers welcome.
Firstly has anyone else had a weird amount taken out by Sun+ ? Just checked my account and I have had 13p taken out on February 1st. No idea why, perhaps the rest will follow shortly.
I am assuming its the current Sun+ membership but I've joined and cancelled a few times now so who knows ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
2nd question.
I got my £10 starbucks e gift card but now I don't know what to spend it on as its not a place to go to that often.
Ideally I want to buy 4 drinks with it - is this possible?
Or do they do meal deals - can I get a drink and meal out of a tenner?
If I don't use all of the £10 at once what happens to the change?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
