I have managed to convert my DH into a T shopper....on saturday we went to a store with no scanners and only the central checking one which was working....
It didnt take him long to work out why I was saying "could you go check the price for me?"
initally his retort was "its the price on the shelf" to which I said "go check please!"....but the look on his face was priceless when he returned from the scanner the 1p bargains then went in the basket!
Im jealous of the 1p items...i just want one so i can no longer be a virgin! Its like peer pressure at school all over again haha0 -

Good afternoon
Nipped out to Ts at lunch, got burgers and BNIs.....then got back and saw Frequents postDOH! :rotfl: Nice find F
Got told off in Ts for cleaning my scanner with an alcohol wipeI always do this and I do trolley handles as well. I was in a proper rush too.....The SA asked me what I was doing! I told her I was cleaning it because I had a bit of a thing about germs. She actually said to me....'you're not allowed to clean them' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I asked her if she learned that as part of her training. She had no answer....so I was free to get on with my shopping.
Got a random check at the end and Sod's law, I'd picked up a tube of sealant and hadn't scanned it so had to have all my shopping checked.......by none other than the trout who said I couldn't clean the scanner! She looked chuffed to bits as well :rotfl:
So much for being in a rush!
Hope everyone is having a good day. Forgot to wish Bubbs and nanny well for their hospital visits earlier too0 -
