Does anyone else do the Alba trials? I got sent my first one last week. How do they send you the questionnaires. I thought it came via email but I've had nothing through? I've sent them a FB message but no reply as yet.

I do - you will get a link to the questionnaire by email a few days after (or possible a few days before the end) of the duration of your study. The sheet of paper you got with your test product should say on the back when it is due to end.

What are you currently testing? I have had some great things from them - it's great that you then get to keep the product but annoying that you have no idea what it is if you wanted to buy more!! :D

I've got the night time baby bath. It says Infacare on the white sticker so I just assumed that is what it was!

    Good morning to everyone...
Mixed weekend bargain wise...went to the chiquitos breakfast and probably didnt really enjoy it...
ok we only paid £5.85 for our 3 drinks but the food was cold, service very slow and refills on the drinks non existant.
staff were clearly unhappy at the extra work and in honesty it hasnt made me want to go back again in a hurry!
But on the way home we happened upon a T and managed to find 9x boxes of golden balls...another 2 ES chocolate flutes and a pair of headphones....so all in all it was a good morning out!
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Ah! Most things I get just give a vague description but no brand name! Sometimes you can work it out - there is a study at the moment for anti-aging products - about 5 or so different products were offered and you got sent one to test. People were able to work out between them that it was all Liz Earle stuff. Some of the products were worth over £50 so that one was worth doing!!

I just finished testing a hair treatment spray - they sent two samples and I had to use one on the left side and one on the right side - I couldn't tell any difference! Mind you, the overall result was fab - I wouldn't mind knowing what brand that stuff is. Since I finished that trial, I have used both samples all over my hair (after separate washes!) and I still think they both give the same result!! :rotfl:
