Indeed it is, always nice of them to make it easier for us :).

Of course, if they went one stage further and printed 1p SELs it would be even easier ... but then we would possibly be up against "normal" shoppers :).

Remember the Jacobs - they actually had a 1p SEL :rotfl:

7 miles done on the stationary bike....only another 13 to go :(

How long does that take you?

Have you tried HIIT? If not i'd recommend it :) For example 25 mins - 3 mins warm up at a steady pace, then crank up the speed, as fast as you can go for 1 minute, then slow and gentle for a minute. Continue doing that until 3 mins to go then a gentle warm down. This method is effective :)

It's not often i'm on the exercise bike these days  but if I do that then I also crank up the resistance as well as speed
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Thanks westie, I will give that a go. It will break the monotony :)

My old bike was good as it had programs with hills etc, but this is just a basic bike. Does the job though.

I did it in 53 minutes today, used to take me an hour but I've been upping the resistancy to get it done quicker. I want to get it down to 45 mins
