This bad weather, as well as bloomin' cold:(, isn't helping - seems people are leaving their receipts in their pockets so they don't get wet.
Absolutely nothing at all at one of my very large stores.

Otherwise, people buying the same things time and time again:(:( - those £1 items: have people no originality?:D(:rotfl::rotfl:)

You (or probably I:D:D) can tell the way they are going to go - Philadelphia £1 vs 82p for T (and it's a 200g one as well, not the 300g ones that were £1 in A some while ago - about the time I started buying them in Mr S:rotfl: - do people have no idea what they are buying?), but Young's Dippers losing out vs Mr T, so very likely useless!

As for whether people have any idea as to what they are buying - for example, picking up a £1 tub at 200g instead of noticing it isn't a 300g one that used to be a pound - I suspect these receipts tell us more about the effectiveness of promotion than they do anything else. It just tells us big £1 signs work - no matter what you put by them:(. In fact (I think I may have mentioned this before) a pack of alcoholic drink put next to a red 'shoplifters will be prosecuted' sign sold more. Apparently, people associated the red with a special offer:rotfl::rotfl::wall:.

I was nearly stuffed on one of my shops earlier - store didn't have the item that I wanted that happened to be on r'back (and still cheaper elsewhere):(:(. I don't like these r'backs:rotfl:. Fact you know you are at my store if you overhear some gentleman at the foyer remarking that he dislikes the £2 and £1 r'back items on display there (that was me this afternoon:)).:rotfl::rotfl: They didn't even have the Crunchy Nut out there like last time - when you heard me saying it was cheaper in Mr T and grabbing a packet off the display! That's an idea - perhaps I should grab every pack (of r'back stuff that's presently cheaper in A), one by one, and hide it behind expensive stuff somewhere in the store(:rotfl:). Don't try at home!

Plenty the Big One Kitchen Towels

    MSM is showing

    A £2.98

    T £2.00

    S £3.00

    M £2.99 * *Out of stock

    Msl is showing M £2.99.

The £1 moc will work against your PP if the M price is comparing.

France just scored against us in 30 seconds ! Ouch.

Didn't we see the Plenty returning N/A for M yesterday? Depends on how often T PP updates (or how long it takes for it to update). I think Msm prices for M are almost irrelevant as regards T. The prices from instore might vary. That 'OOS' suggests the item isn't on m.com (indeed I can't find it there) but that the last information Msm had was that it was a price of £2.99 (possibly from last week's manual instore collection). I have information from both instore and from msm.co.uk this week - although I don't have any recollection of the Plenty price instore - so I may sort of be able to help (by explanation only I'm afraid - no money:D) regarding some 'anomalies', as well as (this is behind the scenes) my judgement about whether items should go onto my M list or not (in the case of out of stocks on msm where I do have instore price info. available).

    Ouch.
