I can see where some peeps are coming from as regards to PP..

    E.G.

£50 spend and get £10 PP = £40 shop. Use this on next shop
    £50 spend, use £10 pp = £40, get £10 PP You think you're getting it for £30!
Next time you do the same, I.E. £50 shop, use £10pp, get £10pp back!!
Over the 3 shops You only get back the original £10
All 3 shop have cost you £150 yet you have only saved £10!!

I think we've had the debate before  we all do it in different ways.
Me.....I see my PP as money. So £10 PP = £10 note. I give them my tenner with a £40 shop and they give me it back (new PP). Shop cost £30.......if I repeat that shop, it still costs £30.

BUT some people do it differently and whatever works for the individual is fine. As long as we are all happy and don't have to listen to testosterone wars part 33 :D

It is confusing but I don't think that's right Scamps, if you take each £50 shop individually you are getting a £10 pp back each time. Therefore you have spent £150 but have an additional 3 x £10 pps to use so if you class the pp as a saving then it's £30 on the £150.

It would be irrelevant as to when the pp's are spent, you can really only class each as a saving, money back or whatever once per shop.

    :o

    I think!

People get confused because they use them on another shop (obviously lol) and sometimes count the saving twice.

Eg spend £50 get pp for £10, then spend said pp on next £50 shop but get no pp that time. So £90 total spent - £50 first time and £40 plus £10 pp next time. Only counts once! If you get a £10 pp second time you have effectively still spent £90 but have £10 to put towards your next shop.

Where's AAU1 when you need him?

True, we need to be happy with what we perceive we spend... and it is all swings and roundabouts!
